
Emily Tyson-Shu is an Associate Attorney at Reed Longyear, where she focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. With nearly a decade of legal experience, she provides strategic counsel to individuals and families in all areas of estate planning and probate, including complex estate tax planning, advanced trust structures, probate proceedings, and dispute resolution in estate matters.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and with a background in immigration law, she brings a culturally informed perspective to her practice and proudly serves a diverse client base. As a parent of young children, Emily has a deep, personal understanding of the importance of planning for the future.
