Louisse Emmanuelle (“Emmi”) P. Bella works in litigation and focuses primarily on trust and estate disputes, probate matters, and fiduciary litigation. Emmi approaches legal practice with a focus on thorough preparation, careful legal analysis, and strategic advocacy. In trust and estate litigation, she works to identify the key legal and factual issues early, allowing clients to pursue efficient and effective resolutions to complex disputes, without forgetting the people behind these conflicts.
During law school, Emmi worked as a Rule 9 Licensed Intern with Tacoma Pro Bono, where she represented clients in unlawful detainer actions. She also served as a Gregoire Fellow with the Washington State Attorney General’s Office in the Bankruptcy and Collections Unit. Emmi earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, where she served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Seattle Journal of Technology, Environment & Innovation Law.
Outside of her legal practice, Emmi enjoys drawing, thrifting, sewing, and spending time with her cats and her partner.
