
Adam Cunningham is a Seattle civil litigation attorney focusing on matters of trust and estates, probate, and real estate. Adam believes the best way to approach legal disputes is by setting clear expectations, maintaining open communication, and being a strong advocate on behalf of his clients.
Adam began his legal career in Boston with a firm focusing on trusts and estates, probate, and family law. During law school, Adam was a Rule 9 Licensed Intern with the Seattle City Attorney’s Office – Criminal Division, and a Lay Advocate for the Tulalip Tribal Court Defense Clinic. He volunteered with Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) and the Northwest Immigrant’s Rights Project (NIRP). He also worked for Seattle-based nonprofits Crisis Connections, and the Center for Children and Youth Justice (CCYJ).
In his free time, Adam enjoys running and hiking. He is an avid Boston sports fan. Adam believes that it is important for young people to have outlets for creativity, learning, and recreation. Adam is a volunteer and board member of a nonprofit providing programs to youth and young adults throughout New England. In 2020, he was a founding member of a nonprofit operating a youth summer camp in Southern New Hampshire. Adam has also volunteered with fundraising efforts for an endowed undergraduate scholarship at his alma mater, the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
