The KCBA hosted it’s annual Probate Administration seminar on November 19th, 2021. Reed Longyear attorneys were well represented at this event, with Attorney Michael Longyear serving as a program chair, and Attorneys Mary Anne Vance, Jason Burnett and Anton Cauthorn attending as event speakers.

Attorney Mary Anne Vance gave a presentation on “Marshalling Assets and Preparing the Inventory.”

Attorney Jason Burnett gave a presentation on “Creditor Claim process and Procedure.”

Attorney Anton Cauthorn gave a presentation on “Estate Income Tax Elections.”
